Does the app really work completely offline?
Yes. The entire app runs locally on the device. Time tracking, project selection, timer - everything works without internet. Data syncs automatically when connection is restored.
What happens with conflicts (e.g., retroactive corrections)?
Both versions are saved. In the dashboard, you'll see clearly marked which entries have conflicts. You decide which version applies - full transparency, no automatic overwrites.
Is the time tracking audit-proof?
Yes. Every change is logged, original data is preserved. Retroactive entries are marked as such - including timestamp and reason.
How secure is NFC tracking?
NFC provides solid proof but isn't tamper-proof. For higher security, we recommend combining with GPS verification. Kronolist transparently documents the capture method used.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on servers in Germany (Hetzner). No US cloud, no data sharing with third parties. Fully GDPR compliant.
Can I export my data?
Anytime. CSV for your own analysis, PDF for printable reports, DATEV format for direct handoff to your accountant.
